• Question: why cant elephants jump

      Elephants can’t jump as they are very heavy enormous heft,they have relatively weak leg muscles and inflexible ankles. They don’t really need to jump though, their lifestyle doesn’t require for this for survival and so they have been adapted to their environment 🐘

      It would hurt them a lot! Their bones are so heavy, and they can reach up for things they need with their trunk anyway
