Sleep is a very necessary part of human survival. Lots of brain processing, body repair, mental development occur when you sleep and without it, things start to stop working very quickly. You can get very sick after about 3 days. Your body and brain wont be able to function properly. You would start seeing things, you wouldn’t really be in control any more and you would be highly susceptible to infection as your immune system weakens 🤒🛏️.
