Question: how did you realise you wanted to be a scientist?

I found that I was really interested by the science content during my A-levels and during university. I enjoy performing experiments, learning new things, solving problems and following science so I felt that being a research scientist was a good option for me. There are good career prospects, the work is enjoyable and I am contributing to helping people around the globe.
