No, there is zero evidence to support that. The whole “flat-earth” craze is an interesting one though and says a lot about humanities love of conspiracy theories! Although we know now the earth is of course spherical, I find it a testament for how far science has come over the past few thousand years…human society did widely believe the earth was flat up until the 6th century BCE.

No – the hypothesis that the earth is flat is one that is easily disproved, and no serious scientist has believed the earth to be flat for centuries.

The resurgence in ‘flat-earth’ theory is really interesting though – it highlights how important it is to teach people about science, the scientific method, and what scientists mean by evidence.

nah – we know better now! It’s cool though because people figured out it was round by doing maths, and a very long time before we got into space and see it for ourselves.

      Definitely not!
So much research and experiments have demonstrated that the earth is not flat. Galileo Galilei already demonstrated that the earth is a globe and goes around the sun. 🙂
