Definitely Ebola. I haven’t studied many viruses, and Ebola is up there anyway – it can kill up to 90% of the people it infects!
In general though, rabies is a bad one – it kills everyone that develops symptoms. Or, flu which kills 500,000 people every year, and we are always worried about another big flu epidemic like the Spanish flu which killed 120m people in 1918 (5% of the world’s population at the time)
